Foundations Training allows you to learn the foundation of our programs movements with one of our trainers. You get 3 sessions to use to learn proper punching, kicking, body weight movements and lifting techniques. Our trainers are capable of creating training programs for weight lost, strength, mobility, and sport specific. Please allow up to 24 hours for our systems to update after purchase. If you are wanting to come to class before then just bring your emailed receipt to the gym.
